Will I have to pay all my student loans past tuition fees before attending a community college?

I know they will ask for my transcript from that college but I haven’t been at that school for nearly 11 years. I’m planning on to go back to school this fall and earn my AA and hopefully the right to transfer back to a University. Money is hard to come by and I don’t know how I’m going to pay for my loans and old tuition fees.

I would think that you would be admitted if you can pay up front for this new semester. You need to get on a schedule of paying the other off, even if it’s just a little at a time.
