I get FAFSA student loans, but i don’t receive a check from my school for months after my Loan statements claim the the funds were disbursed. Am I paying for interest during this period? When does the interest start?

I attend two different schools. I applied for loans at both schools. I received unsubsidized, subsidized and pell grant at one school and only a subsidized loan at the other school. The office called me today to tell me that I cannot receive financial aid at two different schools. Can someone please explain to me why I cannot receive loans at two different schools that I am currently attending. I am so confused. Thanks for any and all help.

I’ve already had four federal loans, but I still need $3500.

Any Ideas?
I have no one else to use as a cosigner.
