I know they will ask for my transcript from that college but I haven’t been at that school for nearly 11 years. I’m planning on to go back to school this fall and earn my AA and hopefully the right to transfer back to a University. Money is hard to come by and I don’t know how I’m going to pay for my loans and old tuition fees.

I know you can’t usually include student loans in a bankruptcy, but what if a person files for chapter 7 and then wants to go back to school? Will they be able to get loans for school?
