I understand that starting a business is not cheap and for most American’s a loan will be taken out at some point. How does a small-business going under effect the remaining balances on loans? I signed the Mater Promissory Note before receiving the actual loan information and accepting the loans. Now that I have received the loan information and I am about to accept the loan amounts, will I have to re-sign the Master Promissory Note and re-do the Entrance Counseling?
